Du richtest ein, bestückst und bedienst unsere Spritzgussmaschinen und Handlingsysteme, dabei gehört das Einrichten von neuen Werkzeugen auf den Maschinen zu Deinen täglichen Aufgaben.
Du bist verantwortlich für die Qualitätsprüfung und das Verpacken, sowie Zwischenlagern des Outputmaterials.
Bei der Sicherstellung und Einhaltung betrieblicher Vorgaben hinsichtlich Sicherheit, Qualität, Quantität und Termintreue zählen wir auf Dich.
Du dokumentierst Fehler und erfasst Daten im QM System, damit wir gemeinsam immer besser für unseren Kunden werden.

Du stellst die Qualität und Funktion der Werkzeuge für die einzelnen Produktionsbereiche Kunststoff und Metall sicher und unterstützt bei Werkzeugwechseln.
Bei der Einstellung und Optimierung der Werkzeug- und Maschinenparameter zählen wir auf Dich.
Du führst Umbauten der Wechseleinsätze durch und bist verantwortlich für operative und präventive Instandhaltungsmaßnahmen.
Die Pflege und Wartung der Bearbeitungsmaschinen im Bereich Instandhaltung gehört genauso zu Deinen Aufgaben wie das Pflegen und Optimieren unserer Werkzeuge.
